Third attorney linked to bankruptcy firm threatened with court suspension

Allegations come as bankruptcy judges and trustees investigate whether Critique and associated attorneys are continuing “improper and unlawful activities” that led to U.S. Trustee lawsuits and attorney discipline over the past 16 years.
