When a bank planned ‘tract homes’ in two attorneys’ dream neighborhood, they took their case to the Missouri Supreme Court — and lost

A deal that closed on the eve of recession and the vision of a St. Louis eco-development doomed to incompletion turned out to be the launching point for two personal legal battles for two area lawyers.
