Where a defendant who pleaded guilty to illegal reentry of the United States after removal had a prior conviction for domestic assault, the district court did not err in classifying the prior conviction as a felony, and the defendant did not show procedural error in the court’s imposition of a 48-month sentence.

Judgment is affirmed.
