- Correction: Martha Ravenhill, of Franke, Schultz & Mullen in Kansas City, did not represent defendant Richard Farney in a motor vehicle accident case featured in the Top Verdicts and Settlements plaintiffs’ wins special section on Feb. 1. Ravenhill represented M&B Taverns which was not subject to this judgment. We regret the error.
- Correction: The motor vehicle collision action Sanborn and Lopez v. Worstell was decided by a judgment. The type of plaintiff win was incorrect in the annual Verdicts & Settlements report on Feb. 1. We regret the error.
