Where an unemployment compensation claimant failed to challenge the issue actually determined by the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission following her disqualification from benefits, which was her failure to participate in a telephone hearing, and instead her appeal focused on the merits of her claim for benefits, the appeal is dismissed as abandoned.
