Where a petitioner who sought a withholding of removal and to reopen his removal proceedings argued that changed country conditions in Guatemala excused the untimeliness of his motion, the denial of the motion is affirmed because documents submitted did not show a material change in conditions and the petitioner did not demonstrate that his relatives’ deaths in 2010 and 2011 reflected changed circumstances.
Judgment is affirmed.
