Where a defendant in a statutory sodomy case argued that the trial court abused its discretion by limiting cross examination of the victim’s mother about her alleged experience as a victim of child sexual abuse, the defendant’s claim that the trial court refused to consider evidence of the mother’s abuse was refuted by the record because defense counsel addressed it in closing, and the judgment is affirmed because even if the court had excluded the stipulated evidence, the defendant did not show prejudice.

Judgment is affirmed.
