Where a defendant challenged his class C felony conviction for stealing a motor vehicle, the conviction did not include the value of the vehicle as an element of the crime so under State v. Bazell the statute may not be used to enhance the stealing conviction to a class C felony.
Judgment is reversed and remanded.
