Criminal Law : Forgery – Sufficiency Of Evidence

Where a defendant presented a document showing an altered account balance to her employer, the evidence was sufficient to infer that the defendant intended to keep money that did not belong to her and thus had the intent to defraud, so the judgment of conviction for forgery is affirmed.

Judgment is confirmed.
