Criminal Law : Sentencing – Illegal Reentry

Where a defendant challenged his 10-year sentence for illegally reentering the country, the district court did not ignore the mitigating circumstances that the defendant presented, and he did not show that the sentence was substantively unreasonable.

Judgment is affirmed.
