Where a father in a child custody dispute challenged the trial court’s striking of his pleadings, the judgment is reversed and remanded because the father was actively participating in the dissolution proceeding through counsel despite his initial lateness with discovery responses, and there appeared to be a significant dispute as to appropriate custody of the minor children.
Judgment is reversed and remanded.
