Where a judicial circuit challenged a determination by the Judicial Finance Committee that the circuit’s budget included an estimate for attorney’s fees that was speculative and unreasonable, the commission had statutory authority to make factual determinations regarding the circuit’s budget, and the record supported the finding of unreasonableness.
Judgment is affirmed.
