Where a county commission challenged a judgment vacating a section of two county roads, the trial court was not required to make specific written factual findings unless requested, and the judgment is affirmed because the court applied the proper legal standard, and sufficient evidence supported the finding that the road was useless.
Judgment is affirmed.
