Where a public utility challenged a judgment upholding the state tax commission’s order affirming a 2013 assessed valuation of its natural gas pipeline real property, the judgment is reversed and remanded because the county assessor applied the reproduction cost valuation methodology without considering depreciation.
Judgment is reversed and remanded.
