Where a woman challenged the entry of a full order of protection against her based on a finding of stalking, the judgment is reversed because the alleged victim did not show that a reasonable person in her position would fear physical harm from two letters,  a phone call, a hacked Facebook account and the respondent’s connections with law enforcement.

Judgment is reversed.
