Faith helps define Casey Crawford who says that, had he not been a lawyer, he would have chosen a career in the priesthood.
In fact, his religion inspired him to get involved in the practice of law and his colleagues at Wallace Saunders Austin Brown & Enochs are glad that it did.
“As a member of my litigation team, Mr. Crawford has impressed me as extremely hard working, highly intelligent,” writes Crawford’s nominator, “and when combined with his enthusiasm to achieve results, he has exceeded all expectations.
Crawford is active in the community as well. A member of the Knights of Columbus, he is also part of “Livin’ the Dream,” a Christian group focused on civic involvement. Further, he serves as an elected committeeman for Jackson County.
A talented basketball player in college, he was involved in professional basketball leagues in various capacities in Canada, Japan and the United Kingdom as late as 2011 and still works as an assistant coach for the varsity girls team at Lee’s Summit High School.
