Where Missouri Public Entity Risk Management Fund challenged a grant of summary judgment to a county, arguing that two insurance policy exclusions negated its duties to defend and indemnify the county, the judgment is reversed and judgment is entered in favor of the fund because the term “inverse condemnation” was unambiguous as used in the policy

Judgment is reversed; vacated.
