Criminal Law :  Admission Of Exhibit –  Foundation

Where a defendant in a statutory rape case challenged the admission of an exhibit by the state, the judgment is affirmed because the testimony of the investigating officer was a sufficient foundation as to the identity of the exhibit.

Judgment is affirmed.
