Real Property : Foreclosure Sale –  Adequate Consideration –  Billboard

Where the owner of a billboard for which delinquent taxes were owed challenged a judgment finding that $11,000 was adequate consideration at a public tax foreclosure sale for the billboard, the judgment is affirmed because the trial court’s findings regarding the market value of the parcel were not against the weight of the evidence, and the court did not misapply the law determining that adequate consideration was paid pursuant to Section 141.580.2.

Judgment is affirmed.
