Criminal Law : Sex Offender Registry –  Removal Request

Where the state challenged a trial court’s grant of respondent’s petition to be removed from the state’s sex offender registry, the judgment is affirmed because the respondent was never subject to an obligation to register under either federal or state law.

Judgment is affirmed.
