Criminal Law : Post-Conviction Relief –  Finality Of Judgment

Where a defendant challenged the denial of his motion for post-conviction relief, the motion court failed to adjudicate all of the claims raised in the amending motion, so the judgment was not final for purposes of appeal, and the appeal must be dismissed.

Appeal is dismissed.
