Criminal Law : Felony Stealing –  Bazell

Where a defendant challenged his convictions for felony stealing and felony attempted stealing, the judgment is reversed and remanded because under State v. Bazell the offenses could not be enhanced, so the case is remanded for resentencing as misdemeanors.

Judgment is reversed and remanded.
