Municipal : Prejudgment Interest – Incomplete Record –  Ordinance

Where a city challenged a trial court judgment awarding it unpaid earnings taxes and other costs but not awarding prejudgment interest, which the city argued was mandated, the city’s appeal is dismissed because the record did not show that the ordinance at issue was introduced into evidence.

Appeal is dismissed.
