Bankruptcy : Trustee Claims –  Final Sale Order –  Collateral Attack

Where a Chapter 7 trustee challenged the dismissal of his complaint, seeking damages and alleging concealed agreements and manipulated auction bids, the adversary proceeding was properly dismissed because the claims were barred by the finality of the sale order and Section 363(m).

Judgment is affirmed.
