Where a man who petitioned to remove his name from the state sex offender registry argued that the trial court erred in dismissing without a hearing, the judgment is reversed and remanded because the court erred in failing to give him an opportunity to respond or be heard before dismissing his declaratory judgment petition with prejudice.
Judgment is reversed and remanded.
