Criminal Law : Sentencing –  Violent Felony – Arkansas Law

Where a defendant challenged his sentencing as an armed career criminal, the judgment is affirmed because the district court properly found that an aggravated assault on a family member in violation of an Arkansas law was a violent felony.

Judgment is affirmed.
