Stephanie Maniscalco//June 6, 2018
Where the defendants in a medical negligence, wrongful death case involving the death of an unborn child challenged the admission of expert testimony regarding the calculation of economic damages, the admission of the testimony was not an abuse of discretion because the testimony met the foundational requirements and rebuttable presumption of the relevant statutes.
Judgment is affirmed.
