Where an amendment to a lease agreement provided that the amendment controlled if there was any conflict with the original lease, a provision in the amendment that conditioned the tenant’s right to renew upon the absence of any default was in effect, so the judgment for the tenant is reversed and remanded.

Judgment is reversed and remanded.
