Criminal Law :  Post-Conviction Relief –  Effectiveness Of Counsel – Findings

Where a defendant argued that his counsel was ineffective for leading him to incorrectly believe that he could receive 120-days shock treatment, the motion court failed to issue findings of fact and conclusions of law on the issue, so the matter is reversed and remanded.

Judgment is reversed and remanded.
