Where a defendant challenged his convictions in a drug conspiracy case arguing that other individuals might have distributed the laced heroin, the evidence was sufficient for the district court to conclude that the defendant knowingly and voluntarily joined the conspiracy, and he did not show that redistribution of the drug was an intervening cause of the resulting injuries and death.
Judgment is affirmed.
