Listen to this article

Where a defendant challenged her conviction for inhaling a solvent, the judgment is reversed in part because the state failed to meet its burden to prove that difluoroethane was a solvent, but the evidence was sufficient to support the conviction for failure to place her vehicle near the right side of the highway.

Judgment is affirmed in part; reversed in part.
