Where a hospital employee brought claims alleging discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Age Discrimination in Employment Act against his employer following his termination, summary judgment for the defendant is affirmed because the plaintiff fialed to show that the employer’s reason for his termination was a pretext for unlawful discrimination, and he failed to exhaust his administrative remedies on a failure-to-accommodate claim.
Judgment is affirmed.
