Employer – Employee : Unpaid Commissions –  At-Will Status

Where a salesperson who was terminated from his job brought a claim against the former employer for unpaid commissions, the judgment for the defendant is affirmed because the employee was an at-will employee whose compensation could be changed at any time.

Judgment is affirmed.
