Civil Practice: Unlawful Detainer-Voluntary Dismissal

Where a plaintiff in an unlawful-detainer action voluntarily dismissed the action without prejudice and without an order of the court, the appeal is dismissed because there was no final judgment from which to appeal.
Appeal is dismissed.
