Where appellant petitioned to disqualify respondent from an election for director of a fire-protection district, the failure to submit a notarized tax affidavit does not disqualify a candidate, so the judgment denying the appellant’s petition is affirmed.

Judgment is affirmed

Carter v. Frederickson (MLW No. 72771/Case No. ED107582 – 9 pages) (Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, Mooney, J.) Appealed from circuit court, St. Louis County, Ribaudo, J. (Neil J. Bruntrager for appellant) (Paul E. Martin and Steven W. Garrett for respondents).
