Civil Practice: Unlawful Arrest-Probably Cause-Qualified Immunity

Where a plaintiff challenged an adverse grant of summary judgment on his claim of unlawful arrest, the judgment is affirmed because the officer had probable cause for the arrest under the totality of the circumstances at the time of the arrest, and the individual defendants were entitled to qualified immunity.

Judgment is affirmed.
