Immigration Law: Denial of Withholding of Removal-Clear Probability of Threat to Life or Freedom-Proposed Protected Group

Petitioner petitioned for review of an order of the Board of Immigration Appeals dismissing petitioner’s appeal of a decision of an immigration judge, which denied petitioner withholding of removal.

Where petitioner failed to show a clear probability that his life or freedom would be threatened because he failed to establish his membership in a particular social group, withholding of removal was correctly denied.

Judgment is affirmed.
