Noce focuses his practice on trials involving complex business litigation matters, including professional and general negligence, clergy misconduct, product liability and school law. He is the 2014 winner of the Ben Ely Jr. Defense Lawyer Award presented by the Missouri Organization of Defense Lawyers.
Among the clients he has represented in Missouri and Illinois: the Automobile Club of Southern California, Bayer, Chaminade College Preparatory School, Christian Brothers Services, the Marianist Province of the United States, O’Reilly Auto Parts, Schnuck Markets Inc., St. John Vianney High School, The Archdiocese of St. Louis and The Visitation Academy.
Since 1946, the association has presented the award to a trial attorney whose service to the profession and community merits recognition in hopes that it will inspire others to similar service.
