Where a defendant challenged his conviction for sodomy of a child, the claims in the motion did not preserve the defendant’s claim that propensity evidence was unfairly prejudicial, and the judgment is affirmed because the defendant did not show that the trial court gave erroneous instructions.

Judgment is affirmed.
