Probate: Conservatorship-Removal-Appointment of Successor

Where appellant challenged his removal as a conservator and guardian and the grant of respondent’s petition to be appointed as successor, the judgment is affirmed because the evidence was sufficient to show that the appellant failed to discharge his official duties as guardian and that he failed to act in the best interests of a mentally disabled adult.

Judgment is affirmed.
