Feagans launches new boutique business firm

Derek Feagans has launched a new boutique law firm, Feagans LLC, in Kansas City.

The new firm provides a full range of business legal services in the areas of corporate, real estate and sports and entertainment law.

Feagans has 20 years of experience practicing in the corporate law departments of national and international AmLaw 200 firms and as general counsel for companies in a wide variety of industries.

Most recently, he was the general counsel for ProPharma Group, an international pharmaceutical compliance-services company.
