Woman’s death in trucking accident leads to settlement

The family of a woman killed in a trucking accident reached a $4.3 million settlement regarding her death, according to attorneys for the plaintiffs.

The law firm of O’Leary, Shelton, Corrigan, Peterson, Dalton & Quillin in St. Louis said the mother of two was killed in a collision on an interstate highway after rear-ending a truck.

Attorney Michael Dalton said further information about the settlement, including the venue of the case, was confidential.
