Plaintiff, who suffered from chronic pain and obesity, applied for SSDI. An Administrative Law Judge found that plaintiff suffered from six severe impairments but had residual functional capacity to perform light work with limitations. A vocational expert testified that jobs within plaintiff’s residual functional capacity existed in the national economy, and therefore the ALJ ruled that plaintiff was not disabled under the Social Security Act.
Where plaintiff’s records did not support limitations beyond those found by the ALJ and where plaintiff’s limitations would not prevent her from performing light work with restrictions, there was substantial evidence to conclude that plaintiff was not disabled within the meaning of the SSA.
Judgment is affirmed.
