Vaughn West named Lathrop Gage’s diversity director

Lathrop Gage has named Vanessa L. Vaughn West as its new Director of Diversity and Inclusion.
Vaughn West brings nearly 20 years’ experience in roles focused on diversity and inclusion, corporate social responsibility, community relations and communications. She previously served as the community relations manager for the city of Olathe, Kansas and has held similar roles with United Missouri Bank and the nonprofit group El Centro.
Vaughn West earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Missouri in 1999. She is also a Certified Public Manager
