Criminal Law: Search-Warrant-Vehicle Exception

Where a defendant challenged the denial of his motion to suppress a search of his Jeep and motor home, the stipulated facts in the defendant’s plea agreement established that the search was reasonable and fell under the vehicle exception to the warrant requirement, so the judgment is affirmed.

Judgment is affirmed.
