Criminal Law: Sentencing-Safety-Valve Relief-Offense Level

Listen to this articleWhere a defendant challenged his sentence in a drug-conspiracy case, the district court did not err in denying the request for safety-valve relief because he conveyed only the basic facts of the crime and failed to provide a complete and truthful proffer, so the judgment is affirmed.
Judgment is affirmed.
