Civil Rights: Inmate Action-Wrongful Conviction

Where an inmate challenged the dismissal of his action for deprivation of rights, arguing that he was wrongfully convicted of sex offenses in state court, the inmate failed to state a claim because he was required to allege a violation of a right secured by the Constitution or a federal law, so the judgment is affirmed.

Judgment is affirmed.
