Mother appealed from the judgment establishing paternity and determining child custody, child support and parenting time. Mother argued that the trial court’s adoption of father’s parenting plan was against the weight of the evidence, exceeded the scope of the matter before the trial court, and was based upon an improper guardian ad litem recommendation.
Where father asked the trial court to determine an appropriate parenting plan and his modification of his proposed plan did not alter the prayer for relief, the trial court did not err in adopting father’s parenting plan even though it reduced mother’s parenting time.
Judgment is affirmed.
