Civil Rights: Inmate Action-Deliberate Indifference-Exhaustion Requirements

Where an Arkansas inmate challenged the dismissal of his claim of deliberate indifference to his medical needs, the action was properly dismissed because the inmate failed to exhaust his administrative remedies.

Judgment is affirmed.
