Plaintiff appealed the dismissal of his employment-discrimination action for failure to prosecute.
Where the record supported finding a lack of prosecution by plaintiff, the district court did not abuse its discretion to sua sponte dismiss plaintiff’s complaint.
Judgment is affirmed.
